Shrimp on a skewer with chipotle drizzle
Roast beef and horseradish spirals
Buffalo mozzarella and pineapple salsa baguette
SALAD:
Spinach salad with sliced green apples, crumbled goat cheese, craisins, toasted pecans with a raspberry poppy seed dressing, fresh baked rolls, dark sweet wheat and sliced French bread and butter
DINNER:
Coconut milk rice
Grilled asparagus spears
Teriyaki marinated and grilled petite filet mignon
DESSERT:
Tri-colored mousse flute with chocolate and raspberry garnish
